Self Service Top- Up & Bill Payment Kiosk
The Zaqsoft E Kiosk provides full transaction compatibility to accept prepaid and post paid payments via cash as well as Credit card. It can also offer value added services for content download and provide information on existing products and new promotions. The kiosk provides a single point of contact and is facilitated by a robust touch screen, cash acceptor, card reader, and printing devices. Zaqsoft also provides customized front end interface specific to each Cellular Service Providers, which is branded as in line with the Telco’s marketing campaigns. Our kiosks can be deployed at each Telco’s customer service centers as well as off site third party locations such as malls and fuel retail outlets and other commercial buildings. Zaqsoft’s comprehensive back office system provides real time visibility on all transaction and kiosk functionality. The back office application will also be able to generate MIS reports for transaction reconciliation and monthly billing.
E Kiosk Self Service functionality
Pre Paid Top up: Allows Prepaid customers to Top up via Electronic Prepaid Vouchers or purchase prepaid balance. Zaqsoft’s E Kiosk provides multiple payment methods including cash and credit card. Our cash acceptance module has been configured and tested to authenticate the complete range of Pakistani currency note denominations.
Post Pay bill payment: Self service bill payment will enable Post Paid customers to directly fetch their current outstanding amount and make full or partial payment. Payment is accepted through Cash or Credit Card. The kiosk issues a receipt and can also interface with Telco's billing system to transmit a instant payment acknowledgment via SMS. In addition to the above the kiosks can also be used by customers to display their current outstanding amounts and last payment details.
Value Added Services – Content Download: The E-kiosk will link to a customized interface to the Telco’s content site and provide users with information to how to receive ring tones, games, and other value added content on their cell phones.
Advertising space: In addition to the interactive services available to clients, the ZAQSoft e-Kiosk can run video advertisements for the Telco’s and its partners during idle periods when the kiosk is not being used. Ad space and news tickers are also available on the active service section of the kiosk
Information & Promotions: New services, Post paid and Prepaid packages value added products can be displayed.
Automotive assembly line Data Capture Kiosk
Assembly line kiosks provides a user friendly interface that allows assembly line workers to record details of a vehicle as and when it passes through the build process on the assembly line. This enables the automotive manufacturer to capture real time data from the assembly line and use it to monitor production, and update their ERP System.
Self service check-in solution
Airline Self Service Check in is fast proving to be a huge cost saver for the Aviation industry. ZAQSoft has developed a complete Check in Kiosk which provides quick, convenient and user friendly interface to passengers who do not want to wait in line at traditional Check In counters. The Self Service Check-in kiosk can run in tandem with the Zaqsoft’s e-ticketing solution i.e. the passenger can purchase their E Ticket and also check in at a Self Service Kiosk.
Utility Bill Payment Kiosk
The billing and payment kiosk offers tremendous convenience to consumers who can now pay their monthly bills, register complaints, apply for new connections or generate duplicate bills. The e-payment kiosk facilitates bill payment(cash and credit card) and gives customers 24 hour access.
